I told you it was scary! Can you believe that the tenant that just vacated the property a few months ago lived in it for 26 years?!

I met with our realtor at the house today. We're not using in him on this property since J has his broker's license, but he stopped by to give me advice on what needs to be done to get the most bang for the buck. I had been leaning towards just restoring the cabinets rather than replacing them, and he agreed wholeheartedly. We may end up completing re-fabricating the bottom cabinets, but the the top cabinets, as filthy as they look now, are in good working condition.

The third pic is a little fold-out ironing board that's hidden behind a cabinet door. How cute is that?! I love touches like that.
